Spacious concrete dock with 35 feet draft and direct access to the Ocean or the Bay via Snake Creek. There is a 70 foot concrete dock with electric boat lift. IMPORTANT: Lift is available by special arrangement. Users must be familiar with lift operation to prevent cables from unwinding which is expensive to repair and chargeable to tenant.
