ADDITIONS:  Fees, taxes and other charges:
Cleaning Fee – $450
Rates are for 1-4 guests. There is a nominal fee of $500 for additional guests to cover increased wear & tear + utility usage
Pets (each) – $500
State and Local Taxes – 12.5%
Refundable Security Deposit – $2,000

HOUSE RULES:
-This is not a party house.  Maximum occupancy is 10.
-Pets are considered on a case by case basis: each incurs a surcharge.
-Guest must sign and return the rental contract within 5 days of receipt to maintain reservation.
-No smoking on premises.
-Children are welcome but the house is not suitable for young children.

PAYMENT TERMS:
– 30% down; balance due 45 days prior to arrival

CANCELLATION POLICY:
Irish Ayes has a strict cancellation policy with limited refunds.  Please purchase travel insurance for unexpected medical or unforeseen events including weather conditions.   For my own personal travel I use Allianz www.allianztravelinsurance,com/  (866) 884-3556 or Travel Guard www.travelguard.com/ (800)  826-4919. They are reasonably priced and a good value.   If there is a cancellation and I am able to re-rent all or part of the original reservation, I return 80 percent of any recovered funds to you.
